LSA live where PPC is dark barely exists: the PPC zip lists already mirror the LSA service areas. The real gap runs the other way. PPC targets places LSA does not serve, and a lot of the jobs are there.
Forsyth Rooter, widen LSA. Add Forsyth County and Davie County to the LSA service area. 645 jobs (30%) sit outside the current Winston-Salem-only footprint, 221 of them in Clemmons alone. Molitaris, once P3 confirms the current footprint was not a licensing or drive-time choice.
Rolland Reash, remove the Clay County and St. Johns exclusions. 579 jobs in the two counties the profile actively excludes. P3's call: were the exclusions deliberate?
2 Sons, add 98168 and 98188 (Tukwila) to the Seattle profile. 100 jobs, and 2 Sons has a Tukwila location. Kenmore and Woodinville next. P3's call: the carve-out was set on purpose during the Seattle and Auburn cleanup.
Anchor and Rolland, three PPC zip adds. 78133 Canyon Lake and 78056 Mico at Anchor, 32091 Starke at Rolland. Small, but they are the only zips where the data says PPC is missing. Molitaris, no approval needed.

Power, Pride, Anchor: no service-area move. Power's outside jobs are scattered and its PPC is paused; Pride and Anchor already match where the work is.
Universal and Sewer Lines: get the ServiceTitan credentials. Nothing can be scored there until we have ServiceTitan access for those two tenants.
Every zip below had 10 or more ServiceTitan jobs in 180 days, sat outside LSA, and was already a PPC target. Pick a brand. We will read lead volume and cost per job from the new areas in about three weeks.
Added the close-in zips 7 to 18 miles from the core: Orange Park (32073, 32065), Fleming Island (32003), Middleburg (32068), Green Cove Springs (32043), Ponte Vedra (32081), Saint Johns (32259) and 32277. 391 jobs in the last 180 days. The Clay County, Saint Johns and Nocatee exclusions came off because they covered these zips.
St. Augustine, St. Augustine Beach, Fernandina Beach, Yulee and Callahan stay excluded, in line with the June and July refinement. Further out, jobs cost about twice as much to book.
Hilliard and Palm Coast stay excluded: nothing in the job data there.
Added Starke (32091) to PPC so it matches LSA.
Seattle profile: added Tukwila (98168, 98188), Normandy Park (98148), 98134, Kenmore (98028) and Woodinville (98072). 166 jobs.
Auburn profile: added Gig Harbor (98335, 98332), Sumner / Bonney Lake (98390), Pacific (98047) and Tacoma (98409, 98418, 98422). 101 jobs.
Tukwila stays excluded on Auburn, so the two profiles do not overlap.
Added Clemmons, Advance, Lewisville, Pfafftown, Walkertown, Mocksville, Lexington, Rural Hall and King to the LSA profile. 577 jobs in 180 days; LSA had covered Winston-Salem and Kernersville only.

LSA today is Winston-Salem city plus one zip (27284). PPC already runs 20-mile radii. Add Forsyth County and Davie County to the LSA profile; nothing to un-exclude, it is a straight add. Biggest single win on the list.
The Jacksonville profile explicitly excludes Clay County, Saint Johns, Nocatee, St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra, Fernandina, Yulee, Callahan and Hilliard. PPC targets all of them and the jobs are there. Removing the Clay and St. Johns exclusions is the move, if the exclusions were not deliberate.
Ask Were Clay and St. Johns excluded on purpose (drive time, licensing, margins), or inherited from whoever set the profile up?

98168 and 98188 are excluded on the Auburn profile and never added to Seattle, even though 2 Sons has a Tukwila location in ServiceTitan. Adding them to Seattle is the move. Kenmore and Woodinville are the next add on Seattle; the Pierce County jobs are spread thin.
Ask Tukwila was carved out during the Seattle and Auburn cleanup. Was that on purpose?
Anchor is aligned. The two zips worth adding to PPC are 78133 Canyon Lake (LSA serves it, PPC does not, 11 jobs) and 78056 Mico (nobody targets it, 14 jobs). Together with 32091 Starke at Rolland (3 jobs), that is every PPC add the data supports.
A fifth of Power jobs sit outside the LSA area, but spread over 75 zips with no cluster past 20 jobs. Every PPC campaign is paused, so the blue on the map is what the paused campaigns used to target. Nothing to do until the rebuild.
Jobs outside both layers are a scatter of Forsyth-territory and Charlotte-side zips at 2 to 7 jobs each. The largest cluster is Forsyth County, which is Forsyth Rooter’s turf.
